Are your staff helpers paid or is the support voluntary? Also, my membership for the Q&A plugin runs out in 2 days time.
Does this mean I can no longer contact the help centre?
Also, please advise the latest version of the Q&A plugin – I should have the latest (v 22.214.171.124) but the forums talk about features in the latest version that I don’t have, e.g. being able to set a default category in the settings.
