A minor bug, and Moha confirmed this as a known issue. For the record.
I have both QandA plugin and the Directory plugin installed. When I open up the "Settings" page of Q&A plugin, the sidebar deck of Directory (Listings) plugin open up.
See the screenshot. Am actually on the settings page of Q&A plugin (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=question&page=settings)
