    Hi Jackie,

By default, the Q&A plugin uses the file /qa/default-templates/ask-question.php to render the initial Ask a Question page at yourdomain.com/questions/ask/.

And while that template file follows WordPress standards, it seems your theme is using some non-standard method of displaying the page.

What you can do is copy the template files from the /qa/default-templates/ folder into your theme's folder, and then customize those files according to how your theme does it's template files.

For instance, your theme's single.php file is what's responsible for displaying single posts, whereas single-question.php is responsible for displaying single questions for Q&A. If you take a look at how your theme does its single.php file, you can adjust the single-question.php file to work similarly.

Likewise, archive-question.php should be similar to your theme's archive.php. The rest of the template files should be relatively straight-forward at that point.

Really, this all just depends on how your theme handles display of WordPress elements. If there's not too much to it, you can post your single.php file here and we can see where the trouble might be coming from.

    Cheers,
    David
