I see that Hummingbird is coming soon... will it address all items in the tests of Pingdom, PageSpeed, YSlow and GTMatrix (combo of earlier)? I want the quickest site for users and SEO and also the best performance on my server to prevent having to upgrade prematurely (saves me money for my WPMU membership )
Current items I get lower than 99 or 100 in on ussunnah.org network are:
- Combine external JavaScript
- Parallelize downloads across hostnames
- Combine external CSS
- Serve static content from a cookieless domain
- Remove query strings from static resources
- Minimize DNS lookups
- Leverage browser caching
- Specify a cache validator
- Specify image dimensions
- Defer parsing of JavaScript
- Remove query strings from static resources
- Optimize the order of styles and scripts
- Inline small JavaScript
- Specify a cache validator
- Specify a character set early
- Leverage browser caching
- Add Expires headers
- Make fewer HTTP requests
- Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)
- Use cookie-free domains
- Minify JavaScript and CSS
- Reduce DNS lookups
Will these all be addressed and when is the release date?
