Reasons why people are not receiving email confirmations

For some reason, people are saying they are not receiving my confirmation email. I did not change any of the settings. Is there a limit to how many emails can be sent either by WP, App + or my email server (iCloud)?

    Are other WordPress default emails getting sent successfully on your site?

    Have you configured to send confirmation email in the Appointments + plugin Notification Settings?

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Notification Settings

    Are you getting the log of confirmation email sent in the Appointments+ Logs on the following path?

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Logs

    Appointments + plugin doesn't set any limit to how many emails can be sent but your mail server can do it or depending on other plugins used in your WordPress site your WP site can do it.

    Is this happening that some people are getting the confirmation emails and some not?

    If yes then please ask the users to check their spam/junk folder for the email.
