Recommendation for Best Practices for TOS

Please offer suggestion on best practices for having BOTH network-wide TOS and allowing the individual subsites to have a TOS that also indemnifies them and or allows them to edit - and/or NOT edit the primary network TOS. the internet is becoming litigious and need to make sure everyone is covered and that our protection doesn't get edited out.

    Hi @tripvendor,

Hope you are doing good today

If you are running a network then I would suggest you not to let admins of subsites to edit the TOS. Specially when you use our plugin TOS then it would not even allow you to enable per sites basis. It can only be activated on network wide and only admin with super admin privileges can access and make changes in terms and conditions.

However, I would also leave this thread open for other members of community for their invaluable feedback/experience.

Take care and have a nice day
    Cheers, Sajid
