Greetings!

I'm using upfront. I was in a wrong tab in the wrong dashboard and proceeded to delete the pages for ammaroots.com then I emptied the trash tab. Then I noticed I was in the wrong dashboard. Is there any way to recover these deleted pages either through wordpress or upfront? I'm not sure if there was any backups made.
