Redirect FeedBurner Feeds via .htaccess in MultiSite

I have been using .htaccess to redirect RSS feeds to FeedBurner, as opposed to doing it with a plugin which is slower and more taxing on the server. However, I am uncertain of how to accomplish this in a MultiSite environment. Here's the code I've been using for non-MultiSite implementations:

# BEGIN FeedBurner Rewrites

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
 RewriteEngine on
 RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !FeedBurner    [NC]
 RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !FeedValidator [NC]
 RewriteRule ^feed/?([_0-9a-z-]+)?/?$ http://feeds2.feedburner.com/FEEDINFOHERE [R=302,NC,L]
</IfModule>

# END FeedBurner Rewrites

    I found another, somewhat cleaner, redirect that works for comments as well:

    # BEGIN FeedBurner Rewrites

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
     RewriteEngine on
     RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI}      ^/?(feed.*|comments.*)        [NC]
     RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !^.*(FeedBurner|FeedValidator) [NC]
     RewriteRule ^feed/?.*$          http://feeds.feedburner.com/FEEDHERE         [L,NC,R=302]
     RewriteRule ^comments/?.*$      http://feeds.feedburner.com/COMMENTFEEDHERE [L,NC,R=302]
    </IfModule>

    # END FeedBurner Rewrites

    (n.b., it looks wonky in the code box, supra, but it copies and pastes correctly.)
