refund of plugin not working properly

the answers of your support team were not helpful at all.
and way too slow.
so i had to uninstall it totally.

therefore i want a full refund of USD 19

    I do apologize for the delay in response. In some rare cases, we have huge load and it gets a bit delay in response. I just checked their replies, both of them tried to regenerate this issue on their test site and they could not. So in optimum situation, the plugin works just fine. There might be a conflict between this plugin and some other plugins on your site. If we find this is the scenario, then we can try to fix.
