Register page doesn't lead to Welcome Page

Hi there,

I have configured a page to be loaded after the registration process is complete, called
"Welcome".

However, after signup is complete, this page is not loaded at all:

It just 'sits' there. How can I get people to redirect?

Also, when a person has subscribed via this system, he is shown as Inactive in the all members overview. How can I make sure this person is activated straightaway?

    Hi Alex!

    Your Members aren't being directed to the Registration page because they are not being activated upon registration, I believe. I cannot be sure of the intentions of the developer, but this behavior is in line with some others that I've seen from membership.

    You can check out this setting in your Membership>Options page

    If you have anything set for "use subscription" it will assign the gateway as admin and therefore create an inactive member. Also enabling incomplete signups can cause some confustion with activating accounts, esp when used in conjunction with the above settings

    Let me know what your settings are here, just sounds like a chain reaction, one settings causing multiple issues by the behavior it causes :slight_smile:

    Alex,

    Everything looks OK, however I do believe that it's a chain reaction from the user being placed automatically in the Free subscription level.

    What is the difference between the two installs? Are you using a "Free" subscription on the other site too?
