Registration form and payment via bank transfer

Hi I have two questions:

1) is it possible to set up registration forms, where I can ask for additional information, such as: Company name, nr. of employees, type of business, invoicing address and others?

2) Especially in Europe payments via bank transfer (user sings up, an invoice is issued, user pays via bank transfer) is the standard payment method in b2b. Is there any way to achieve that with membership pro?
