Registration page issues

Hello, I'm trying to install Membership Pro 2 and running into an issue with the registration page:

It shows "Your current subscriptions are listed here. You can renew, cancel or upgrade your subscriptions by using the forms below."

But no form shows up. Thanks for the help!

    I visited your site in order to check this but as a not logged in visitor I can only see on that page an information that I should log in. I would also like to take a closer look at your Membership 2 Pro configuration so could you please grant me a support access to your site using our WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin?

    Thanks for granting access.

    I visited your site's dashboard but there's no Membership 2 Pro installed at all. There's a Membership Premium plugin installed instead which is a predecessor of Membership 2 Pro and is no longer being developed since over a year!

    It may be incompatible with current WordPress and current APIs of Payment Gateways so I'd strongly suggest that you switched to Membership 2 Pro indeed.

    I can see that there's only a single member (which is your super-admin account) so there's no risk involved at all and I would suggest starting with this:

    1. Disable Membership Premium plugins
    2. Delete it via "Plugins -> All plugins"
    3. Go to "WPMU DEV -> Plugins" page
    4. Type in "Membership 2 Pro" into the search bar
    5. Install and activate plugin
    6. Follow on-screen instructions

    Once this is done, take a little time to get familiar with the plugin. This guide should help you set it up:
