Do you have plans for adding a:
Remote Support Access Plugin To Grant Access to other Client Sites (outside of network) similar to what you have available on the WPMUDEV Dashboard area? This would be a nice addition to offer a smooth and seamless support experience in that regard without having to ask for and keep track of endless usernames/passwords etc.
It could be a plugin to install as admin and then a plugin to have the client install on their WP site which connects to our backend via API authorization for select periods of time etc (or however is best). They could chose the amount of days, by a drop down calendar, and/or make authorization it permanent until further notice etc.
Just some thoughts . . .
