Remove from CRON list is not working (eNewsletter)

in Dashboard>eNewsletter, when you go into any newsletter and send it with CRON but, for example, accidentally select the wrong time, you can't remove the newsletter from the CRON list without deleting the entire newsletter. When you chose "Remove from CRON list", it doesn't actually remove the members from the list even though it says they were. It also doesn't allow you to change the time that the newsletter is scheduled to be sent. The newsletter will still be sent out at the original scheduled time. The picture attached is from the staging site of one of our schools. Please do any testing ONLY on and send any newsletters ONLY to the members of the Testing group.
