Remove "Priority" dropdown menu

How do I remove the "Priority" dropdown menu for the Support System's - Submit a New ticket page?

I am trying to support sales reps - in their mind - everything is "Critical"

    You can achieve this by editing the following Support System plugin file on line number 33 as displayed below.

    Support System plugin file:
    wp-content/plugins/incsub-support/inc/helpers/general.php

    Before Editing:

    function incsub_support_priority_dropdown( $args = array() ) {
    		$defaults = array(
    		'name' => 'ticket-priority',
    		'id' => false,
    		'show_empty' => __( '-- Select a priority --', INCSUB_SUPPORT_LANG_DOMAIN ),
    		'selected' => null,
    		'echo' => true
    	);

    After Editing:

    function incsub_support_priority_dropdown( $args = array() ) {
    	return '';
    		$defaults = array(
    		'name' => 'ticket-priority',
    		'id' => false,
    		'show_empty' => __( '-- Select a priority --', INCSUB_SUPPORT_LANG_DOMAIN ),
    		'selected' => null,
    		'echo' => true
    	);

    Note: You are making changes in the plugin file and these changes will be overwritten and lost when you update the plugin and you will have to make these changes again after plugin updation.
