Remove the WordPress link in the admin bar

I would like to know which of your plugins allow me to remove the WordPress W with its links in the admin bar.

I would also like to know when a user has their own site, and they visit the main parent site, the admin bar shows them "My Sites", and then a drop down with their site. However if they press the "my sites" without realising that they must select their own site, then it takes them to an error page:

You attempted to access the "The Brickworks Market Online" dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the "The Brickworks Market Online" dashboard, please contact your network administrator.

Is there a way that when they click "my sites" then it takes them back to their website?

I will be having mostly old fuddy duddies using the web for the first time, and venturing into the abbys of the unknown for online store and sites. I don't want to scare them away right now...

What is my best solution?
