Repeatedly rewritten .htaccess

Hello.

Can you help me? I don’t know, why is .htaccess repeatedly rewritten without my intervention to initialization version.

For example:

Content of the file after my last change (30.3.2016):

# BEGIN WordPress

# GEOIP povolenie pre krajiny

SETENVIF GEOIP_COUNTRY_CODE US POVOLENE

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

RewriteEngine On

RewriteBase /

RewriteRule ^index.php$ – [L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d

RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

</IfModule>

# END WordPress

The same file today. (without my intervention)

# BEGIN WordPress

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

RewriteEngine On

RewriteBase /

RewriteRule ^index.php$ – [L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d

RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

</IfModule>

# END WordPress

I asked our provider about it, but he did not find anything, all settings are correct.

Can you advise me a solution to this serious problem? Does it relate with wordpress settings?

Thank you very much for your answer.

Viera, Mr.Baranek colleague
