[Reports] Formatting

Why is the formatting of the data so different between the summary and detailed reports? It's as though completely different people created each report:
Cover:
- summary has no border, colour goes right to the edges
- detailed has a half inch border around the page
Updates:
- summary has the date and time
- detailed has no date and time
- summary has the domain on the left
- detailed has the domain on the right
- summary lists the domain name in caps
- detailed lists the domain name in lower case
- summary has a line under the header that goes edge to edge
- detailed has margins for the line under the header
- summary shows all lines in black
- detailed shows all lines in grey
- summary has a clunky font
- detailed has a smooth, clean font

These are obvious by creating the reports yourself I'm sure.
