Require Payment = Yes, breaks appointments +

For my appointments page:

If I have Payment Required set to yes, 2 things happen. No Paypal option/button appears, no confirmation message or emails sent to admin or client. There will be the attempted appointment sitting in the Pending Appointments in the admin.
