Responsivity and support

I found this site on the net, i was happy because some of your modules very helpful. I also happy these modules can be translated, and there is also have support.
My first disappointment about translation not tested and not works. I need to query patch for the used modules, i wrote patches, and post here, some developer responded, some nothing.
This is my second disappointment, the responsibility and support. 2 week is very long time for "yes we include" or "no, thanks". This is not support for me.
