Restrict access to /wp-admin when using Membership plugin

I've installed and setup the membership plugin and really like it. I've coupled it with Mike Jolley's Sidebar Login plugin to allow users to login on the front end. This redirects that back to the page they were on after login or logout so they never see the WordPress dashboard only the website front end with Additional pages added for things like the account page.

However, if a user were to add /wp-admin to the domain name they would be taken to the WordPress dashboard and I'd rather they weren't. Would there be a way to redirect this URL to the account page on the front end if the user was not an admin or editor?

I know it is unlikely that many if anyone will do this and access the dashboard but I'd rather the option wasn't there at all if possible.
