Restrict Users Options on Store Settings Page

First, for some reason, even after I remove the selection of themes for store themes, they still get the ability to choose a theme on there store.

Second, I need the ability to remove tabs/options on the store settings page for all sub blogs, or just anyone who isn't super admin.

    That's odd. It's working for me. Can you tell me what versions of Wordpress/BuddyPress and MarketPress you're using? Were you looking at sub-stores with the Super admin or normal site admin account?

    This would need to be customized for your install. In general you'd need to write a function that would have these tabs only appear for those with the user capabilities you assign. There's a table on these capabilities in the codex:
