I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of this plugin. I didn’t really see the point, but then…I’ve been working in a wordpress environment for a number of years now.
What really hit home for me was when I was doing a demo of my site for a group of non profits…I hadn’t thought about it, but during testing, I’d left the Easy Blogging feature active, and when we got to that part of the presentation, there were nods and murmurs of approval.
“Hey! It looks so easy! I can do that!”
Those were the kinds of comment circulating around the room.
Bear in mind that many of the volunteers I work with don’t get much “face time” with their computers…many struggle to check their e-mail. That’s not a dig at them…just an acknowledgement that they don’t get to put in a lot of time in front of the monitor.
Anyway, that’s why this plugin is great for me and my site.
It lets non techie people have a window into this world, which in turn, lets them collaborate, share, and express themselves in ways that were closed off to them before.
I use a lot of your plugins, but I have to say, this is the one that my end users talk about the most.
GREAT job guys, and a great plugin.
