While writing this post, they magically reappeared.

Is there a glitch?

In order for videos to be viewable you need to add their domains to your Support Video API page.

If you had done so, and were seeing that error, and then they appeared, the delay was likely due to some propagation. Sometimes things don’t happen quite instantly on the internet and waiting a minute or two fixes the issue.

I hope that helps! If you need any further clarification, or if I did not properly answer your question, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Brian,

you made a bunch of assumptions without asking questions. If you checked my video settings, u would see it is added and has been added for months

It id frustrating when a client has to see this and report on this issue.

I understand your frustration and am sorry you’re having this issue.

I did look at your settings, but had no idea of knowing if the domain you’re having an issue with was on that list, or how recently it had been added. I simply pointed out that if it had been just added, there may have been a delay. Since you had said the videos had magically appeared while you were writing the post, that was a likely issue.

So all videos are working properly now?
