scan not working in defender

I got the following error when trying to run a defender scan
The provided domain and api_key combination are not registered. Please install the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin.

I have activated support access so you can go in and take a look. domain:

    So sorry for the experience you are having. This is very weird and I've not seen anyone else complaining with this issue before. So I'm really curious to know why this is happening and willing to solve this as soon as possible.

    Thanks for granting Support Access. I tried to login to with Support Access to investigate the issue but that site is not opening for me. Is that site down? Can you please check?

    Can you please confirm you are logged in your WPMU DEV Dashboard with the account you have posted this thread? Can you also try resetting your API key from "Dashboard > WPMU DEV > Manage" section? Please check the attached screenshot for reference.
