Scheduled Backup Not Working

I'm not getting any notifications but I have scheduled snapshots enabled and they never seem to work.

    Hi Paul,
    Since the backup is scheduled weekly, it makes it a bit hard to test and replicate the issue. What you can do is, enable debugging for the site so on the next scheduled backup, any errors/warning with snapshot get recorded in your debug log files. You can then upload debug.log file for us here and we will look at that.

    You can enable debugging by adding the below snippet in your wp-config.php file

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    It will records warnings/errors in a "debug.log" file under your site "/wp-content" directory.
