Scheduled Emails, Shared Campaigns and Templates

I am setting up a ProSites network and would like to include an email marketing system with a couple of specific capabilities. I am wondering if any of these features are available in e-Newsletter and if not, do you think it would be possible to build it in? Here are the features:

– shared templates across multiple ProSites (update template once and it reflects in all sites)

– ability to pull website owner info dynamically into shared template, such as name and address.

– drip campaign emails (a series of emails that begins when the user signs up and continues for a year)

– shared drip campaign emails, again, with the ability to update the content in one place and have it reflect across all sites

Thanks!

    Hey there.

    – shared templates across multiple ProSites (update template once and it reflects in all sites)

    You mean the HTML template? If so you can edit those here:

    /wp-content/plugins/e-newsletter/email-newsletter-files/templates/

    They can then be used on the network.

    – ability to pull website owner info dynamically into shared template, such as name and address.

    Currently not.

    – drip campaign emails (a series of emails that begins when the user signs up and continues for a year)

    That isn’t possible just yet but it is with our Membership plugin:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership

    And with Auto Message which is built for just this:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/automatic-follow-up-emails-for-new-users/

    We also offer Mail Chimp integration:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/mailchimp-newsletter-integration/

    – shared drip campaign emails, again, with the ability to update the content in one place and have it reflect across all sites

    That also isn’t currently possible.

    You would need some custom development on those parts.

    I will move this over to our feature request area, the more people that want these extras the more likely they will appear in a future release.

    Anyone else wanting this please add your support.

    Take care.

    Hey there.

    There are a few options for making the plugin Network wide:

    Network Only Setting: If you are wanting to install membership network wide whilst offering

    subscriptions across your network then you may set the Global Tables to true. By default it is false.

    (If each site is independent, and has its own admins/owers then leave this as false)

    define( 'MEMBERSHIP_GLOBAL_TABLES', false);

    Network Only Setting: When enabling global tables you can also set the main site by ID. In most

    cases this will be the first site within your network which by default is 1

    define( 'MEMBERSHIP_GLOBAL_MAINSITE', 1);

    Network Only Setting: You can restrict all Addons Super Administrators.

    define( 'MEMBERSHIP_ADDONS_ONLY_SUPERADMIN', true);

    These are also on page 59 of the docs:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/#usage

    Take care.

Thank NAME, for their help.
