select category first then load the form

hi…you guys have a great plugins and i really like what you are making ….in the classifieds plugin , is there an easy way to let the user select the category first then fill the form upon that category ….many sites behave that way ….thanks in advance

    Thank you for the question but could you please describe where this is happening –> a path perhaps i.e. on the initial signup or registration or possibly in the dashboard itself?

    aecnu thanks for your respond ….what i meant is when a user post an ad (add classified page) is better to choose the classified category first & then the form for the ad generated due to the category chosen .. like i said many classified sites do that .

    i believe this is need a lots of coding … i hope to see that in future update ..or maybe there is an easy trick am not aware of :slight_smile:

    Thanks for bringing this up, it certainly sounds like a useful customization to the plugin.

    Unfortunately, it is not currently available – but we would love to put it into consideration for future development

    I have moved this ticket to the applicable feature requests area and I have alerted the lead developer to the request.

    It might take a bit longer than useful but alternatively, you could see if there’s a developer available at wpmu jobs who could get onto it right this minute
