Selected service is not reflected in client form

When a client selects a service on my appointment page and is then taken to the form to enter their name and email address, the service they selected is not reflected on this form. It defaults to the first service in the list.

    You'll want to add the "autorefresh" parameter to the [app_services] shortcode, like this:

    [app_services autorefresh="1"]

    That way, when a client of yours chooses a different service, the page will refresh, and that service will be chosen for applying for (whereas usually, your clients would also need to click on the "Show available times" button after choosing a different service).
