I am not sure it was such a good idea to put plugins and themes together in 1 forum. I don't know about anyone else, but it is harder for me to sort through tickets when they are all kind of thrown in there together. Yes, some people make a mistake and post it to the wrong place, but I still think having 1 forum for plugins and another for themes is good.
You could add descriptions to the forums in the pop up. For example:
Bob selects the Themes forum.
There is now a description that pops up just underneath the forum picker that says something like "Get support with designing and correcting problems with your themes."
Anyone else up for this idea?
