Seperate Calendars for Multiple Teachers and Students

Hi : If we had multiple teachers with multiple students. Does each teacher get their own separate calendar? Or rather do all teachers share the same calendar?

Please Advise...

Hi VirtualArtists, hope you had a wonderful day.

Each teacher can get their own calendar if you want.
    [app_schedule worker="15"]
This shortocode will render a weekly calendar for Teacher ID 15. So you can change the worker ID and have calendar dedicated to each teacher.

Please go to "Dashboard > Appointments > Shortcodes" section and there you will get all shortcodes available with Appointments+

Please let us know if this is not exactly what you are looking for. We will be glad to assist further if required.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

Hi - That is great news

To clarify : One further question: Teachers and students both will "Sign Up" into WordPress site using the same standard WP register method as all other members. So we assume the "TeacherID 15" above is the same as "WordPres UserID"?

So does this basically mean that each registered WordPress user, could get their own private calendar? ( That would be great )

    Hi VirtualArtists,

Hope you are doing good today.

So we assume the "TeacherID 15" above is the same as "WordPres UserID"?

As seen in the shortcode, the worker id(teacher) is the Service Provider ID. You can find the Service Provider ID, under Appointments > Settings > Service Providers. The user ID, and Service Provider IDs used are basically the same, but a calendar is only assigned to a service provider.

So does this basically mean that each registered WordPress user, could get their own private calendar?

Once you set your users as a service provider they can have their own calendar, using the given shortcode. If the user is not being assigned as service provider, he would be treated as a client.
You can check the shortcodes page, under Appointments > Shortcodes, about the use of [app_schedule] shortcode.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you still need any further assistance. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
