Server Issue with Humingbird and Upfront Builder

I'm having a server issue/conflict with some of the WPMUDev plugins - Humingbird can't run performance tests and when I try to use the Upfront builder it takes me to a 404 not found page.
Is there a server setting / apache configuration that needs to be set to make these work?

    I'm sorry to hear that you have this issues.

    Humingbird can't run performance tests

    Would you please let me know if you see any errors? When Hummingbird performance is not working, one of the reasons may be related, is Time Out Error, which means your server didn't get any response from our for a certain period of time. But to make sure it is the issue here, please grant access from WPMU DEV > Support so I can have a closer look?

    I try to use the Upfront builder it takes me to a 404 not found page.

    Would you please try to replicate the same when all the other plugins are deactivated? It more looks like a conflict with a plugin. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Would you please contact your host and ask if the mod_security rules are activated on the server? Mod_security rules are blocking some Upfront files from loading. But this shouldn't cause the 404 error.
