Setting a specific start date for Appointment Calendar

Is it possible to set the daily calendar to start on a specific date?

We will be at an exhibition for 2 days and would only like to take bookings for that time. However the exhibition is still two months away so a user needs to scroll through to the next month first.

thanks fir your help
