Setting different times for the exception dates in Appointments+

I am trying to find an easy way to set different times on exception dates for my client. Saturdays are not usually a day you can book an appointment, but sometimes you can. However, every Saturday is different in terms of the time frame appointments can be booked on.

For example. Let's say we have Saturday March 1, and Saturday March 8. On March 1 they want to schedule appointments from 10-6, but on March 8 they want to schedule appointments from 2-4. How do I accomplish this?
