Valued Support Team,
unfortunately we have an additional issue this morning. We would love to see this support plugin also working at our application. So we followed the instruction manual…
1.) we studied it to get an overview
2.) we added needed ‘inserts’ into db-config.php
3.) Added needed pages (for settings to MainDomain bestof….)
4.) Returned to Support Settings to get pages linked…
Now, instead pointing to our MAIN DOMAIN it’s pointing to one of our sub domains (see attached screenshot).
We checked if we would have the plugin there… NO we don’t.
SystemSupport Plugin is NETWORK activated only.
Please help to get settings pointed to the right domain & pages.
