For the life of me I cannot see how to Reply to this ticket on this support page.
Please note that you have replied to the post notification and not the
actual forum thread itself. As you will see in the email you received

So how do I respond to this ticket?
Anyway, that is besides the current issue. The previous response was ->
To map a domain you need to go to Subsite Admin > Tools > Domain Mapping
From Network Admin > Settings > Domain Mapping > Mapped Domains you can see the domains that are already mapped
Please check and let me know.
To which I replied via email because I cannot find any way to reply on this support page other than to open a completely new ticket.
Unfortunately I can't see how I can reply to this ticket in my dashboard
(there is no Reply button anywhere on the page).
When I try to go to this alternate site...
I get various errors but atm it's "The page isn't redirecting properly"
so I cannot access theSubsite Admin > Tools > Domain Mapping area at all?
Note in response to your suggestion is that I cannot access the sub site area to be able to do what you suggest.
