Sexy-Login Widget - redirect Edit Profile link

I have just installed Sexy-Login plugin. I like it because it has a button to "Edit Profile" however it takes members to backend. My members don't go to backend for anything.

I found the code to change at /plugins/sexy-login/inc/class-sexy-login-widget.php on line 48.

Can you tell me please how I redirect to the BuddyPress FRONT END Edit Profile page. In my menu I am using shortcode of

[bp_user_profile_link text="Edit My Profile" target="edit_profile"]

Would appreciate any help. Support Access is granted.
Thank you!

    Hey there Mary,

    hope you're doing good! :slight_smile:

    As long as there's a shortcode, you can use the do_shortcode() function like
    <?php echo do_shortcode( '[bp_user_profile_link text="Edit My Profile" target="edit_profile"]' ); ?>

    Another workaround would be a link like this
    <a href="<?php echo bp_loggedin_user_domain(); ?>profile/edit/">Edit Profile</a>

    Thank you Dimitris. Before I screw it up, could you please put it where it should be. This is the current code.

    if ( is_user_logged_in() ) {

    global $current_user;
    $buttons = array();

    if ( $sl_options['show_dashboard'] )
    $buttons['Dashboard'] = admin_url();

    if ( $sl_options['show_profile'] )
    $buttons['Edit My Profile'] = admin_url( 'profile.php' );

    $buttons['Log Out'] = ( $sl_options['redirect_logout'] == 'custom' && $sl_options['redirect_logout_url'] != '' ) ? wp_logout_url( $sl_options['redirect_logout_url'] ) : wp_logout_url( $this->current_url() );

    Thank you.
