[Shipper] Can't change folder permissions

We’re having trouble with Shipper to migrate a site. The error log directory is not writable. I tried to change the permissions as requested, but they keep defaulting to 755 which causes the issue. The screenshot to the error has been attached in the Live Chat notes. Please advice.

    Nahid here, following up from our last Live Chat session. Our hosting team and developers have investigated the issue. It seems the cause came down to a wrong uploads directory path in your WordPress Dashboard->Settings->Media. Here’s a screenshot for reference.

    I have changed that to the default uploads directory ( wp-content/uploads ) and the issue has been resolved. Shipper is ready to sail now. Here’s another screenshot for reference.
