    Hi Martin,

Sorry to hear that you had issues with Shipper :slight_frown:

Is your site showing 404 error during the pre-flight check or during migration process itself?

We also have a migration tool for our hosting and you can use it by going to hosting page https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/hosting/, manage your site in question and in Tools tab you will find "Migrate Existing Site" tool:

Choose your source site and enter (S)FTP details to migrate the site that way.

Let us know if that worked for you.

    Best regards,

I tried the new tool you mentioned but got this message:

“Can’t find a WordPress install. No more directories exist in selected path”

Which is the path I should select?

      I am using:

      ftp//fidersrealestate 21

Then as username and password same I have for cPanel, is that correct?

    Hi Martin,

That migration tool works in the same fashion as Shipper, it will copy your site on our hosting and you will still have both of your sites running, one on your current host with your domain, and one on our hosting with a temporary domain that you chose for your site.

Once you’re happy with the copy of the site you will need to change your DNS settings and point your domain to our hosting, you can read more about that here:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/hosting/dns-and-domain-management/

If you have any other questions do let us know

    Best regards,

    Predrag

    Hi Martin.,

Apologies for the delay here, we were short staffed for last couple of days :slight_frown:

For your connection question, cPanel and FTP login details can be the same in some cases but usually, it’s different and in your cPanel you should have an option to create (S)FTP account.

Folder that you need to select is the root folder of your WordPress installation, where wp-content folder and wp-config.php files are (and rest of the WP stuff), and it will depend on which permissions you give to your FTP user and if they have higher access than root WP folder you will need to be sure to select the correct one.

    Best regards,

    Predrag
