    Hey Heliza --

I'm not sure about connecting it to the shopping cart widget, but you could connect it to the shopping cart itself.

-Upload the shopping cart image to your media library.
-Copy the url of the image.
-Go to Appareance > Widgets > and then drag the "Text" widget to your sidebar.
-Add the image and link it to your shopping cart by pasting the following code:

    <a href="http://STORENAME.NETWORKNAME.com/store/shopping-cart/"><image src="IMAGEURL"></a>

Replace everything in caps with the correct information, and you should be good. Obviously, if you're not using a sub-domain multi-user setup, you'll have to adjust the link structure to reflect the directory setup.

    Hope this helps a bit.

I have a similar question. Is there an option available to have a shopping cart icon that I could place in the wordpress menu bar or anywhere on my site with an updating number representing how many items are in the cart?

Has anyone done anything like this?

    Thanks
