Shortcode hiding content not working!

Good morning Wpmudev Staff, sté rasck?
I have a problem about the use of shortcodes within php to hide some contents from guests. I choose the php's way because i need to hide some code that cannot be written into wordpress editor.
Another question, why the plugin doesn't hide anything when i set access levels for premium user?

    Greetings fava,

    Welcome to WPMU DEV!

    sté rasck?

    Do not understand.

Another question, why the plugin doesn't hide anything when i set access levels for premium user?

Have you tried testing this using a second browser that you are not using for development?

PS: when you uninstall the plugin as you remove this?

Once again it appears that you are using the same browser for testing as you are for checking our the site and in the screen shot above this shows Membership Admin - one of the two you circled and in this case you are logged in as admin.

Please advise what/why you would want that removed as an admin?

This is a mess though I want to help I cannot figure out what or why you are trying or reporting the things you are.

Please clarify all of the above.

    Cheers, Joe

I'm trying to run this plugin. These are my problems:
1: I can't protect pages in any way that I am going to show the plugin through the appropriate area.
2: I can't protect PHP code by the content of the page (for example: <? Php do_shortcode ('[level-premium]');?>.
3: I can't render the registration form despite the shortcode provided by the plugin: [subscriptionform] [renewform]

    In summary nothing works.

Then I tried to completely uninstall the plugin and groped a new installation. My question in this regard is: How do I remove the plugin completely?

I really need help as quickly as possible!

PS: my system is wordpress with woocommerce.

Obviously I tested the pages with multiple browsers without results.

    Greetings fava,

This is a tough one for sure since nothing seems to be working for you which I am sorry to see.

To remove the Membership plugin completely, other then deleting the membership files in the plugins folder you want to delete the tables in the database that starting with wp_m_

What is the name of the theme that is being used on your installation?

Have you tried verifying the tables for Membership?

Logged into the admin dashboard go to Membership --> Options --> Advanced tab and click on Verify Membership Tables.

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

You can put in the plugin area that excludes from protection everything that I want to make visible to everyone?

and then, How can I solve this?

I tried of course to press the "Repair Membership Tables", but the error was not corrected

    Greetings fava,

Thank you for letting me know about the communications table not in the database.

Fix this by running the following sql on the db manually:

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS wp_m_communications ( id bigint(11) NOT NULL auto_increment, subject varchar(250) default NULL, message text, periodunit int(11) default NULL, periodtype varchar(5) default NULL, periodprepost varchar(5) default NULL, lastupdated timestamp NULL default NULL on update CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, active int(11) default '0', periodstamp bigint(20) default '0', PRIMARY KEY (id)

I would like the feed to be visible to all visitors. Will you help me?

Sorry that I cannot help you with because it breaks the security of the site and people will have access to the protected content through the feed and this is the intended use.

Have a GREAT weekend and thank you for being a WPMU DEV Community Member!

    Cheers, Joe

At the moment I only protected pages. My objective is to release access to feed woocommerce of this service:
    http://twitterfeed.com/

is true, the purpose of the plugin is to protect the content of my site, but I do not want to be protected in the feed of the PRODUCTS of my shop. Please given me a solution to this huge problem. Why feed that allows me to automatically publish my products on twitter and facebook.

I noticed that the comments feed, is completely unprotected! Look at:
    http://www.nerdmenshop.com/comments/feed/

Here I want to do the same thing on this feed:
    http://www.nerdmenshop.com/feed/?post_type=product

    Greetings fava,

Thank you for the additional input.

I noticed that the comments feed, is completely unprotected! Look at:

Absolutely and logical. How much protected content would likely to be in a comment?

Here I want to do the same thing on this feed:

Have your tried making a URL Group rule for this feed added to the visitors level?

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

Yes, I have tried to insert the url of the feed URL in the GROUPS and I added to the visitors level but unfortunately it does not work because it is denied access to visitors of all pages of the entire site, with the exception of the url feed products. Can I also apply the changes at PHP if they mentioned the file to edit.
Thanks again for your support, please help!

    Greetings fava,

Thank you for the additional input and letting me know what you have tried to date.

At this point we have reached the limit of what I can suggest as a solution, therefore I will see if I can get the lead developer in here with his invaluable insight into this plugin for his advice/advise for us.

Though this may take a bit longer then a normal ticket, I will try to get him in here asap.

    Cheers, Joe

    <? Php do_shortcode ('[level-premium]');?>:wink:.

    You need to use:
    <? Php do_shortcode ('[level-premium]content[/level-premium]');?>).

i.e. the content you are protecting needs to be wrapped in a shortcode start and end tag in the same do_shortcode function call.

Berry Hello, thanks for your support. I can rewrite what has already been said!

I just unlocked the feed products by making changes to the file membership/membershipincludes/classes/membershippublic.php

Is now correctly displayed and shown. You may not be able to apply a more elegant solution? Maybe edits to the file function of your theme? Type a filter or something?

I need to make this change only to be happy. Just tell me what to write in the file function and I will do it with pleasure. Remember, I have to unlock the product feeds woocommerce at this address:

    http://www.nerdmenshop.com/feed/?post_type=product

Just a little help, thank you.

    Greetings fava,

I am sorry that I am not a coder to give a qualified answer to this coding and I will see if I can get @Barry back in here in the mean time please post the code you are using to make this work - then perhaps Barry will have a solid idea what you are trying to do which at this point is getting the WooCommerce feed to not be filter by the Membership plugin.

How do I unlock the rss feed of the products of this plugin woocommerce at the following address?
    http://www.nerdmenshop.com/feed/?post_type=product

I was thinking a URL Group set at visitors/stranger level would do the job?

    You have indeed tried this?

I will try to get Barry back in here asap.

    Cheers, Joe
