Shortcodes does not appear in Backend

Before I performed the upgrade, below Appoinments+ left bar in Backend there was a link called "Shortcodes", now it is not there.
Can you see it?

    Hello christian,
    I hope you're doing good and thanks for reaching us!

    The Shortcodes submenu was removed in Appointments+ 2.0. There is a new Shortcodes UI available in the WP Editor. You can access it via Pages -> Add New/Edit like shown in the screenshot below.

    I hope this helps! If you have any additional issues, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

    Regards,
    Denitsa

    Hi christian,

    That's rather strange so I would like to take a look at one of those installs. I see you have enabled support access on kaylash.com.ar/eventos. Unfortunately, this site does not load for me. Are you experiencing some kind of downtime temporarily?

    Running a plugin conflict test might also provide some feedback here.To perform it, please follow all the steps described on a flowchart in this article (you may need to scroll the page down a little):
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    If this has no result, could you please access your server through FTP, edit the wp-config.php file, find a line like
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    and replace it with the following (if the above line doesn’t exist, simply insert next snippet just above the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ comment)

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set('display_errors', 0);

    The log will be saved to a debug.log file inside the "/wp-content" folder. Please save the file as a .txt and attach it to your next post.
    If the file's larger than 5MB you might need to upload it somewhere like Dropbox and share the link here.

    Could you grant access for the other site where you have the Appointments + plugin? This could be done via Dashboard - WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access -> Grant Access or by following this guide here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    Please let us know when you've done that!

    All the best,
    Denitsa
