I'm curious if there's a way to show the tickets in the search engine (and for not-logged in users of course).
I see there are solutions to show the FAQ for non logged-in users already
(haven't tried them yet).
I know all that could be done easily with bbpress for example - but i don't want to run a support-forum AND the support plugin.
It's very important to have google listing support-questions i think - like you guys handle it on wpmudev.
I could switch tickets off on the frontend and have bbpress there. What would you suggest?
It would be awesome if tickets were treated like posts, could be edited and have a clean url with the topic inside.
