Site and dashboard are now just a white screen after changing themes

I'm beginning to feel like you problem child today. I went in to change the theme for one of my subsites : http://brenda.coachsites.me/ and next thing the back end and the front of the site are just a white page. I can't change anything. I tried to edit the site and deactivate the theme and apply another - and no luck. I also deactivated all of the plugins. Is there something I've missed?

    Hey @Kat! :slight_smile:

    No problem, may I ask if you have a define like this set in your wp-config.php:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    If not, I'd want to try doing that, as you may not have enough memory.

    If setting that doesn't help though, then could you please try setting WP_DEBUG inside of wp-config to true, and seeing what comes up then? If nothing shows, then you'll want to upload the no-white-screen.php file inside the attached .zip to:

    wp-content/mu-plugins (create the folder if it doesn't exist already)

    Please advise,
    Michael

    Thanks so much for the speedy response. SO I figured out what was going on. I had submitted this request today : https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/strange-code-when-viewing-instructor-info-in-coursepress#post-920912 for a conflict with coursepress and ultimately wp-tab plugin. I got a mu plugin to install to address this. It got rid of the conflict but silently caused the white screen conflict with some of the other sites.

    Since wp-tabs is not a critical plugin for our sites - I'm just going to deactivate it . I removed the plugin I was given and the problem went away.
