Hey there ferreirex and happy new year!

Could you please inform me about the setup steps that you've followed?
Here's official documentation page about multisite
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

Could you also double check that you have the right snippets in wp-config.php and .htaccess files?
You can find the correct pieces of code in Network admin -> Tools -> Network Setup
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Tools_Network_Screen

If this continues, another step that can be done is to deactivate all of your plugins just in case of a conflict.
Here you can find a workaround if admin pages aren't accessible at all
    http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
while here's a nice flow chart about a theme/plugin conflict test

(just scroll down a bit to see the image)

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hello ferreirex!

Since this is a sub-domain install and you got an "ERR_NOT_RESOLVED" error that means that there's an issue with DNS settings and the DNS system is not able to resolve the domain (in this case sub-domain) name.

If the DNS is set properly, it may be just a matter of giving it a bit more time as DNS settings can propagate across the web even up to 72 hours. If it's already more than that 72 hours since you set your DNS, I would like to take a closer look and for this I would need to access your site and server directly.

    That said, please send in:

    Subject: "Attn: Adam Czajczyk"

    - Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Adam Czajczyk
    - Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.
    - Link back to this thread
    - login URL and admin account login credentials (may be a temporary admin account) data
    - Include FTP log-in details (hostname, username & password)
    - Include hosting control panel access details (login address, username & password) - cPanel's usually the control panel used for this, but your provider may use something else; I'll need this for accessing your site's database, preferably via phpMyAdmin
    - Include any relevant URLs for your site

Please use our contact form here http://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

Select "I have a different question" from the drop-down list.

Please be sure to make a full backup of your entire site first!

I will then access the site and server and review its configuration.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi ferreirex,

Thanks for sending those in, the WordPress part looks good but it looks to me that subdomain wildcard is not configured properly.

It may be best getting in touch with the server provider about this, this setting can be different from one host to another and they will be able to setup wildcard for you in no time.

Let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Predrag
