    Hi Justin,

    So sorry for the inconvenience you are having. I'm using Hummingbird on my test site too but I'm not getting any issue on my site. So I think, this is your site specific issue.

    I went to your site but that's showing a blank white page. So I think, PHP is giving fatal error. To find out the reason behind this, Can you turn on debug mode in WordPress? To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    In order to enable the error logging to a file on the server you need to add yet one more similar line:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    In this case the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/directory.

    Depending on whether you want your errors to be only logged or also displayed on the screen you should also have this line there, immediately after the line mentioned above:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    The wp-config.php is located in your WordPress root directory. It’s the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it.

    Past errors here. If file is very long, paste them to a text file and attach with your reply. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    Thanks for the reply. I managed to get it back up by restoring from a backup from a few days ago. The problem I am having now is that there's a plugin that I deleted since then (W3 Total Cache) that is now creating an error:

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/object-cache.php.

    This site is installed on Googles Cloud Platform using Bitnami. I can't figure out how to get to my files to delete the offending record. Any thoughts?

    Hello Justin,

    W3 Total Cache can be bit annoying to remove, it can't be just uninstalled :slight_frown:

    Please take a look on this tutorial on how to remove it completely https://www.shoutmeloud.com/how-to-delete-uninstall-w3-total-cache-wordpress-plugin.html

    I'm not familiar with that service but according to their docs there is SFTP access https://docs.bitnami.com/google/infrastructure/lamp/#how-to-upload-files-to-the-server-with-sftp

    kind regards,
    Kasia
