Site Freezing Up - Very Slow

Site is very slow, I am trying to get it to work faster. Is there something I can do? I disabled many plugins, I did the photo smash and the other plugins to run faster. Followed the instructions on the blog on the settings etc. I get these memory errors when I perform certain tasks (like editing products in woocommerce) or it will hang... I AM DESPERATE :slight_frown:

    I hope you are well today. Thank you for having Support Staff Login enabled so I can take a look at your site.

    I've browsed several pages in the backend and frontend of your site and was unable to get the site to freeze on me. See screencast:

    The site is slow and there's definitely some performance improvements you could make. I've run the site through YSlow and Pingdom

    Looking at the test results, it seems the majority of the issues you are having could be addressed by configuring Hummingbird and W3 Total Cache, which I see you have installed, but not setup.

    Keep in mind though, when using these two plugins together, you don't want to enable like functions in both plugins. So, if you enable Gzip compression in one, it should not be setup in the other. This can cause conflicts and that can be a headache.

    Also, when using Hummingbird's Minification feature, you want to be sure to test each file individually instead of just bulk enabling minification and combining. This can be a little tedious, but with some themes and plugins, minification and combining doesn't work well. Thorough testing is the best course for ensuring maximum compatibility and performance.
