Site Monitoring still not working.

Uptime monitoring is not working on any of my sites. My hub is showing the downtime on nearly all my sites, but they are up.

    I hope you're well today!

    The Hub currently shows the site in question down for about 11 days straight. While there are cases where the site might "seem down" temporarily for some checks (for example our Uptime will show it up but some of Uptrend's checkpoints will show it down or the opposite), that long period suggests that there's some issue in communication with the site.

    I would like to take a look at the current setup so would you mind enabling support access so I could check it? To do so, please go to the "WPMU DEV -> Support" page in site's back-end and click on "Grant support access" button there, then let me know here.

    I have checked with the wholesale hosting company Ventra IP here in Melbourne and they have sent me this:

    If the IP's connecting have caused issues on the server they may have been blocked are you able to provide a list of IP addresses?
