Site Pro new account emails not going out

To test the site I'm working on, I signed up for a trial account using a different e-mail that is not associated with the site.
I immediately got my admin emails telling me I have a new account sign up and a new site registration.

I've been waiting and waiting, but me as the new client has not received an account info email. This is a probable because I don't select my own password at signup and without doing forgot password I can't access my new site. I tried doing the password reset and also from the admin side as well, but none of the passwords would let me log in.

Any suggestions on what is causing this issue?
I have enabled support access if you need to take a look.
