site title overlayed on top of footer menu

Can anyone help me with text alignment on my home page footer? For some reason, my theme places the site title right on top of my footer menu and copyright info. See http://mybizpower.com at the bottom and you’ll see what I mean.

    Ok well you have two options here, you can create a child theme and add in the following css to the child theme css file:

    #footer-logo {
    font: small-caps 36px/100% Rokkitt,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
    position: static;
    right: 0;
    text-shadow: 0 2px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);
    top: 34px;
    }

    or you can edit the existing css in the suco/style.css around line 1632. Both will work, but you would have to worry about losing the customization on update, so you’d need to keep a copy of the snippet handy.

    You should use a notepad editor, and not a word-processor, so that the text transfers without any extra characters

    Best,

    Kimberly
